Heather Winslow, CRNA
Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006 and her Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Anesthesia degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro/Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia in 2010. She has practiced as a CRNA since in a variety of care settings including ICU, inpatient and outpatient settings. She has also obtained advanced training in neurotoxins, fillers, collagen boosters, microneedling and IV therapy. Outside of patient care, she enjoys distance running, Burn Bootcamp, baking, attending musical theater shows, and traveling with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart Matt, and has two beautiful daughters, Claire and Jordan. Combining her dedication to patient care with a keen eye for aesthetics, Heather is committed to providing personalized, safe, and effective injection treatments to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.
Amanda Jo Marcellino, MD
Our Medical Director is an Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon who has experience in facial trauma surgery as well as with cosmetic injectables. She has a passion for patient safety and education, and strives to give natural-looking results. She is very involved in our clinic and is a hands-on medical director. She has a passion for hair restoration, both medically and surgically, and has sought extensive training on the subject.
Dr. Marcellino attended the University of Kentucky, where she recieved a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she started a medical missions program in Africa. She completed residency training at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, where she was awarded Alpha Omega Alpha, as well as the Resident Teaching Award and Laryngology Award. She remains a local Ear Nose and Throat surgeon in the Triad. When she is not working, Dr. Marcellino enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is an active member of her church, and also enjoys working out, reading, home decor, and going to the beach.
