Before founding Radiant Medical Aesthetics, Dr. AJ Marcellino spent years as a facial trauma and reconstructive surgeon, restoring not just form but confidence for patients who had lost their sense of self. That experience shaped her belief that every face tells a story and that aesthetic medicine should honor each person’s individuality. Today, she brings that same attention to detail and compassion to the world of medical aesthetics.

With over twelve years of experience in injectables, advanced laser technology, and hair restoration, Dr. Marcellino merges scientific rigor with an artist’s eye for balance and proportion. As a board-certified ENT and a Key Opinion Leader for FoLix laser technology, she continues to elevate standards in aesthetic care, combining surgical precision with warmth, authenticity, and results that feel beautifully natural.

Heather Winslow

With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Heather Winslow brings both expertise and energy to every treatment she performs. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Heather earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia from the UNC Greensboro/Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia in 2010. Since then, she’s practiced in ICU, inpatient, and outpatient settings, blending medical precision with an approachable, lighthearted spirit that patients love.

Heather has advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, microneedling, and IV therapy. Her goal is simple: to enhance natural beauty while preserving authenticity. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her distance running, baking, or cheering on her daughters, Claire and Jordan, with her husband and high school sweetheart, Matt. Aesthetic consultations are complimentary with a $25 booking fee, which is applied toward any treatment or product you choose. Hair restoration consultations are $150, and medically guided weight management consultations are $200. Each session is one-on-one with Dr. AJ Marcellino, so you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s right for your goals, timeline, and budget.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We operate by appointment only, and many patients schedule their visits several weeks in advance, especially for injectables or combination treatments with Dr. Marcellino. We recommend booking early if you have a specific date or event in mind. That said, our team always keeps a few openings each week for touch-ups or quick refreshers, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need something sooner. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How should I prepare before my appointment?

Once your appointment is booked, our team sends a quick email with any prep instructions or forms you’ll need. For most treatments, we recommend arriving with clean skin and avoiding alcohol, blood thinners, or intense exercise the day before.
