Here's the details on our cancellation policy.

We like you. We want you to keep your appointment, but if something comes up and you can’t make it, that’s ok. We just need enough notice to protect our time and business. 

Our appointments require a deposit. It is not refundable. That deposit will be yours to use during your scheduled treatment and will go towards the price of your treatment. If you do not change your appointment while giving us AT LEAST 48 hours notice, for ANY reason, you will forfeit the deposit you paid AND incur a $50 late cancellation fee with the card on file. 

Some smaller details:

If you’re cashing in on a package you’ve previously purchased (such as a laser treatment as part of a package) and you late cancel or worse yet no-show (gasp!), you’ll lose 1/2 the value of that service from your package and pay the $50 cancellation fee.

If you’re a member, your service deposit can come from your Beauty Bank with us if sufficient funds are there, but the cancellation fee will still be charged, $50 from your card on file.

We don’t do this to be mean. We do this because we had a really lax cancellation policy and that simply was not sustainable for our business.

We respect your time. Please respect ours too so that we can provide the best care to everyone.
